The Course

This course is here to help you manage big emotions and build a life that actually feels worth living, using coping skills that are practical, realistic, and doable. Everything in this course comes from lived experience — not from a therapist using clinical language, but from someone who has been exactly where you are and figured out what helps in real life.

We’ll focus on two main areas: emotion management and crisis management. That means learning how to work with your emotions on a day-to-day basis and how to get through the moments when everything feels overwhelming without making things worse.

By the end of the course, you’ll have a solid, go-to toolbox you can come back to anytime. These skills are meant to support you through tough moments, help you respond to emotions with more balance, and slowly build a life that feels more steady, meaningful, and worth sticking around for.

About the Instructor

My name is Grace, and mental illness has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I was just 9 years old when I started individual therapy, trying to make sense of feelings that felt way too big for a kid. By 14, I was prescribed my first SSRI. At 16 and 25, I was hospitalized for suicidal ideation and intent.

I created this course to share my story and the tools that have helped me survive emotional crash-outs and spirals and create a life worth living. I have been lucky enough in my life to receive the treatment I need through therapy, hospitalizations, and medication. Unfortunately, not everyone is as fortunate. So I started this course to share the knowledge I have gained over the years with everyone.
